Karen Karen is one of the owners and directors of Monroe Summer Day Camp. She worked in a neighboring school district for 17 years and raised two daughters in Monroe, with her husband. She now works as a preschool teacher during the school year. Karen has always had a love for working with children, which eventually led her to the decision to open MSDC. She is on site daily, greeting campers and handling most face to face interactions. Outside of camp, Ella loves to play tennis, and plans to play on her school’s club team.
